Returns

At Boots n All, your satisfaction is important to us. If the item isn’t the right fit for you, we are happy to offer a refund.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable on all returns & the Return Freight is at customers Expence.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • In original packaging, with all tags attached
  • Free from any signs of wear or damage, including scratches or sole markings
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Boots n All reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched
  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location within Australia
