At Boots n All, your satisfaction is important to us. If the item isn’t the right fit for you, we are happy to offer a refund.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable on all returns & the Return Freight is at customers Expence.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of purchase
Unworn, unused, and in original condition
In original packaging, with all tags attached
Free from any signs of wear or damage, including scratches or sole markings
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Boots n All reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location within Australia
